A1: Our covers are made of 100% real dry carbon fiber, the back of which is covered with a thin non-toxic double-sided adhesive.

Q2: Does the dashboard cover affect any of the car's functionalities?
A2: Our dashboard cover does not compromise any of your Tesla's functionalities. All compartments and drawers continue to operate as usual, and the Tesla Keycard remains fully functional.

Q3: Does installing the dashboard cover void my car's warranty?
A3: Rest assured, our products do not interfere with your vehicle's functionality or warranty. They are completely safe to install.

Q4: Can I install it myself, or do I need professional help?
A4: Installation is straightforward and user-friendly, eliminating the need for professional assistance.

Q5: Can I remove the covers? Will it damage the original parts?
A5: Absolutely, the covers can be detached if needed. We utilize a high-strength adhesive to ensure durability and longevity. If you decide to remove the covers, it may require a bit of time due to the strength of the adhesive. The process is straightforward. Simply use an alcohol wipe to clean off any residual adhesive. Our covers are designed to shield your Tesla from everyday wear and tear, so when you remove them, your vehicle's original parts will be unscathed and restored to their initial condition.

Q6: How to maintain the carbon fiber covers?
A6: Cleaning: Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth to wipe down the carbon fiber surface. Microfiber cloths are a good choice as they can pick up dust and dirt without scratching the surface.

Mild Cleaning Solution: For deeper cleaning, use a mild cleaning solution. A mix of warm water and a few drops of mild dish soap can work well. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as they can damage the carbon fiber surface.

Avoid Scratching: Carbon fiber is durable, but it can still be scratched. Avoid placing sharp or abrasive objects on the carbon fiber surface. If you notice a scratch, it's best to consult with a professional for repair options.

Protection: Consider using a carbon fiber sealant or wax to protect the surface. These products can help to repel dust and dirt, reduce fingerprints, and provide a layer of protection against minor scratches.



NOTE: These are considered USED as soon as the double sided adhesive liner is removed. Used items are NOT RETURNABLE so please be sure you're happy with the way it looks and place it on your TESLA before removing the adhesive liner.

Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

1. Processing time
1) Normally, orders after payment will be ready for shipment within 48 working hours. When there is a holiday or weekend, there may be a slight delay.
2) For some tools with TESLA brand labels, the warehouse workers may hide the labels/stickers in the packing boxes. If you don't find the sticker, please contact TESEVO online customer service for help.

2. Shipping cost
1) Free shipping worldwide for orders over $149 USD. (Our customer service may contact you to make up a small portion of the shipping cost for areas such as Puerto Rico islands)
2) For orders under $149, the shipping cost depends on the weight, size (volume weight), delivery area and shipping company, please contact our online customer service for details.
3) TESEVO is currently shipped using express or special shipping lines, the current average shipping time to the world in about 10-15 days (wheels, steering wheels and other custom products to customer service to inform you of the time shall prevail),.

3. Shipping cost selection
1) Express delivery. DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT Express
2) Standard shipping. EMS, China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, Registered Mail, etc.

a. When you choose express or standard shipping, TESEVO will choose the most suitable shipping method.
b. If you have any request for a specific shipping method, please leave a note in your order.
c. After completing your order, you will receive an email requiring you to confirm the shipping method and tariff value, please keep the email from TESEVO in your whitelist.
d. Once the package is shipped, TESEVO will update the tracking number on the website and you will receive an email directly with the tracking number.

Return Policy

We prioritize your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience with us risk-free and enjoyable. We understand that you might need to return a product occasionally. In that case, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Returns Eligibility Products must be in the same condition as when received - unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please note, steering wheels and wheels are custom products and may only be returned due to quality issues.

Initiating a Return To start a return, please contact us at service@tesevo.com or use our live chat. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return your package. If you want to return the product for personal reasons (no quality problems with the product), the customer needs to bear the return shipping cost; if you need to return the product due to product quality or other product problems, we bear the return shipping cost.

(The buyer will also be required to pay return shipping costs for refund requests arising from a temporary change in the buyer's wishes.)

Damages and Problems We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your 100% satisfaction is our goal.

Exceptions Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Regrettably, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards. If you have queries about your specific item, don't hesitate to contact us.

Exchanges To ensure you get what you want as fast as possible, we recommend that you return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and inform you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note, it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Note To expedite the return process, please ship via EMS and declare the package as a testing sample with a value under $100. Please avoid DHL/Fedex/UPS as these services may incur customs detentions, high taxes, and potential delivery issues.
