Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2 business days. Weekends, holidays, and made-to-order items may require additional time.
Shipping cost and delivery
Free worldwide shipping is available on orders over $89 USD. Shipping for orders under $89 is calculated based on package size, weight, and destination. Average international delivery is approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch; oversized and customized products may take longer.
Carriers and tracking
We select the most suitable available carrier for each destination. A tracking number is emailed after dispatch.
Duties and destination requirements
Import duties, taxes, tax IDs, and carrier availability vary by destination. Any charges assessed by local authorities are the buyer’s responsibility. Remote-area surcharges may apply; customer service will contact you before shipment if an additional fee is required.
