Different CPU system needs to connect different cables, please confirm your CPU system before installing.

1. Tap car icon on bottom left of center screen.
2. Click on 'Software'.
3. Click on 'Additional Vehicle Information' (blue highlight text).
4. Look for infotainment processor, will be AMD Ryzen or Intel Atom.
5. Select the matching connecting wires when installing.

Installation Steps
Step 1: Remove the door panels to prepare for subsequent plug-in wires.
Step 2: Remove the cover over the steering wheel.
Step 3: Remove the center panel trim.
Step 4: Connect the Intel/AMD wires to the power supply in the door panel and the center panel trim.
Step 5: Pull the wire out of the cover above the steering wheel and connect it to the display's connector.
Step 6: Install all removed parts back.


Q1 - Is this the most recent model with the linux OS?
A1 - Yes, it is.

Q2 - Does it have Android display?
A2 - Tesla Head Up Display supports Android automatic connection, please don't worry.

Q3 - Does this come with installation tools?

Q5 - How is apple carplay audio routed through the Tesla sound system?
A5 - It can be connected to the home screen of the car through bluetooth, normal use and listening to music can be played through the car speakers, but some other apps may only play sound through the internal speakers, so this depends on your app.

1. Processing time
1) Normally, orders after payment will be ready for shipment within 48 working hours. When there is a holiday or weekend, there may be a slight delay.
2) For some tools with TESLA brand labels, the warehouse workers may hide the labels/stickers in the packing boxes. If you don't find the sticker, please contact TESEVO online customer service for help.

2. Shipping cost
1) Free shipping worldwide for orders over $149 USD. (Our customer service may contact you to make up a small portion of the shipping cost for areas such as Puerto Rico islands)
2) For orders under $149, the shipping cost depends on the weight, size (volume weight), delivery area and shipping company, please contact our online customer service for details.
3) TESEVO is currently shipped using express or special shipping lines, the current average shipping time to the world in about 10-15 days (wheels, steering wheels and other custom products to customer service to inform you of the time shall prevail),.

3. Shipping cost selection
1) Express delivery. DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT Express
2) Standard shipping. EMS, China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, Registered Mail, etc.

Return Policy

We prioritize your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience with us risk-free and enjoyable. We understand that you might need to return a product occasionally. In that case, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Returns Eligibility Products must be in the same condition as when received - unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please note, steering wheels and wheels are custom products and may only be returned due to quality issues.

Initiating a Return To start a return, please contact us at service@tesevo.com or use our live chat. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return your package. If you want to return the product for personal reasons (no quality problems with the product), the customer needs to bear the return shipping cost; if you need to return the product due to product quality or other product problems, we bear the return shipping cost.

Exchanges To ensure you get what you want as fast as possible, we recommend that you return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
