Clean, Align, Press, and Cure
Remove oil, wax, water, and dust with isopropyl alcohol, then dry the area completely with a clean microfiber cloth.
Check the position before removing the backing. In cool conditions, gently warm the adhesive without exceeding 104°F / 40°C.
Peel off the backing, align the trim with the housing, and press from the center outward for at least 20-30 seconds.
Check that every edge is secure, repeat on the opposite side, and keep the installed trims dry for 48 hours.
